Classic red pinsa with caper flowers
Ingredients
- Pinsa Classica (Classic Pinsa) – red base
- Tomato passata
- Rocket
- Leeks
- Almonds
- Sweet-and-sour yellow bell peppers
- Tuna fillets
- Caper flowers
Procedure

Brush the Pinsa lightly with tomato passata and bake on a wire rack in a ventilated oven at 200°C for 7 minutes.

Crush the almonds.

Brown the thinly-sliced leek in a non-stick pan without any oil.

Top of the cooked Pinsa with the rocket, the rolled fillets of sweet- and-sour yellow bell pepper, the leek, the tuna fillets, the almonds and the caper flowers.
