Ingredients
- 1 Piadina Integrale Alimenta
- 1/2 eggplant
- 100 g of cooked chickpeas
- Sesame cream (Tahini)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sesame seeds
- 1/2 garlic clove (optional)

Heat the Piadina in a non-stick pan for about 1 minute on each side

Fill with grilled eggplant seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt

Add chickpea hummus, fresh parsley and toasted sesame.
