- Pork shoulder
- Smoked paprika
- 50 g of red cabbage
- Cumin
- Meat broth
- Onion
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of mustard (optional)
