Sourdough 47% (soft wheat flour type 0, water, yeast), soft wheat flour type 0, water, extra virgin olive oil 3.6%, salt, rice flour, brewer’s yeast, preservatives: calcium propionate, potassium sorbate; malted soft wheat flour, flavoring.
How to use
Top as desired and bake strictly on a rack (no baking tray), preferably in a fan-assisted oven, for about 5 minutes at 220°C (428°F). Must be consumed after baking. Baking on a rack ensures even air circulation, which is essential for achieving a crispy and fragrant final result, characteristic of our products. Baking is complete when the edge is well-crisped to the touch.
