Sourdough 28.3% (soft wheat flour type 0, water, soft wheat flour type 2, brewer’s yeast), water, whole wheat flour (20%), soft wheat flour type 00, rice flour, extra virgin olive oil (2%), soy flour, salt, bread mix (dried wheat sourdough, soft wheat flour type “0”, powdered yeast, dried rye sourdough), brewer’s yeast, preservatives: calcium propionate, potassium sorbate, malted wheat flour, flavoring.
How to use
Top as desired and bake strictly on a rack (no baking tray), preferably in a fan-assisted oven, for about 5-6 minutes at 200°C (392°F). It is recommended to spread the tomato sauce on the pizza base using a kitchen brush. Baking on a rack ensures even air circulation, which is essential for achieving a crispy and fragrant final result, characteristic of our products. Baking is complete when the edge is well-crisped to the touch.
