Sourdough starter (28.3%) (type "0" soft WHEAT flour, water, type "2" soft WHEAT flour, brewer's yeast), water, wholemeal soft WHEAT flour (20%), type "00" soft WHEAT flour, rice flour, extra virgin olive oil, SOY flour, salt, semi-finished bread-making preparation (powdered sourdough starter, type "0" soft WHEAT flour, powdered yeast, dried RYE sourdough starter), brewer's yeast, preservatives: calcium propionate, potassium sorbate, malted WHEAT flour, flavouring.
May contain MUSTARD SEEDS.
Method of use
Fill as desired and bake on a grill (not on a baking tray), in a ventilated oven, if possible, for about 5-6 minutes at 200°C. It is advisable to spread the tomato passata on the pizza base using a pastry brush. Baking on a grill ensures an even circulation of air, which is necessary for the crispy and fragrant end result that is typical of our products. Baking is complete when the edge is crispy to the touch. This product must be consumed after cooking. The cooking times are indicative and may vary depending on the type of oven and the degree of cooking desired.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Close the packet tightly after opening, store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Product packed in a protective atmosphere. Do not pierce the packaging.
