Base mix (starches: deglutenized WHEAT, corn; skimmed MILK powder, powdered sugar, vegetable fibers: psyllium, inulin; salt, thickeners: guar gum, E464; emulsifier: SOY lecithin; anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate, flavors), water, sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, whole MILK powder, salt, rice syrup (rice flour, water), brewer’s yeast, leavening agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch. Gluten-free. Contains MILK and SOY. May contain: EGGS, TREE NUTS, and MUSTARD.
How to use
Cook the piadina for 30 seconds per side, initially placing the more cooked side on a preheated non-stick pan at approximately 250°C / 480°F
How to store
Keep refrigerated between +4°C and +8°C (+39°F and +46°F). After opening, reseal the package, store it in the refrigerator, and consume within 2 days.
