Ingredients
Soft wheat flour type "00", water, lard, iodized sea salt (sea salt, potassium iodate), leavening powder (corn starch, leavening agents: sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate). Contains gluten. May contain soy, mustard, and milk.
How to use
Cook the piadina for 30 seconds per side, initially placing the more cooked side on a preheated non-stick pan at approximately 250°C / 480°F
How to store
Keep refrigerated between +4°C and +8°C (+39°F and +46°F). After opening, reseal the package, store it in the refrigerator, and consume within 2 days.
