Base mix (starch: deglutinated wheat, maize; skimmed milk powder, icing sugar, vegetable fibres: psyllium, inulin; salt, thickeners: guar, E464; emulsifier: soy lecithin; anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate, flavourings), water, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, whole milk powder, salt, rice syrup (rice flour, water), brewer's yeast, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch; preservative: E202.
May contain: EGGS, NUTS and MUSTARD SEEDS.
Method of use
Heat the piadina for 1 minute on each side, initially placing the most cooked side on a piping hot non-stick pan (250°C). To be consumed after cooking.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. After opening, store in the fridge and consume within 2 days. Product packed in a protective atmosphere. Do not pierce the packaging.
