Type "00" soft WHEAT flour, water, 8% extra virgin olive oil, iodised sea salt (sea salt, potassium iodate), raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate, corn starch, disodium diphosphate). Treated with ethyl alcohol. May contain SOYBEANS and MUSTARD SEEDS.
Method of use
Heat the piadina for 30 seconds on each side, initially placing the most cooked side on a piping hot non-stick pan (250°C). To be consumed after cooking.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Store in the fridge after opening and use within 2 days. Product packed in a protective atmosphere. Do not pierce the packaging.
