Ingredients
Re-milled durum wheat semolina, wheat flour, water, sourdough (soft wheat flour type “00”, water), salt, wheat starch, baker’s yeast, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, bread improver (soft wheat flour type “0”, powdered vinegar), preservative: potassium sorbate; natural olive flavor. Surface treated with ethyl alcohol.
How to use
Preheat the oven or pizza oven to 200°C. Bake for approximately 5 minutes, remove, and top as desired. To be consumed after baking.
How to store
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, reseal the package tightly, keep refrigerated, and consume within 2 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Do not pierce the packaging. Best before: see date on front of pack.
