Wheat flour, water, sourdough 22% (soft wheat flour type “00”, water), extra virgin olive oil 3.5%, salt 2.9%, re-milled durum wheat semolina, whole wheat flour, rosemary 1%, malted wheat flour, baker’s yeast, bread improver (soft wheat flour type “0”, powdered vinegar), emulsifier: soy lecithin, leavening agent: sodium bicarbonate, preservative: potassium sorbate; natural olive flavor. Surface treated with ethyl alcohol.
How to use
Preheat the oven or pizza oven to 200°C. Bake for approximately 5 minutes, remove, and top as desired. To be consumed after baking.
How to store
