Ingredients
Wheat flour, water, sourdough 22% (soft wheat flour type “00”, water), re-milled durum wheat semolina, whole wheat flour, salt, extra virgin olive oil 1.4%, malted wheat flour, baker’s yeast, bread improver (soft wheat flour type “0”, powdered vinegar), emulsifier: soy lecithin, leavening agent: sodium bicarbonate, preservative: potassium sorbate; natural olive flavor. Surface treated with ethyl alcohol.
How to use
Top the pizza base as desired and bake in a conventional oven or pizza oven. Preheat the oven to 200°C, bake for approximately 5 minutes, then remove and, if desired, add more toppings. To be consumed after baking. Cooking times are approximate and may vary depending on the type of oven and desired doneness.
How to store
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, reseal the package tightly, keep refrigerated, and consume within 2 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Do not pierce the packaging. Best before: see date on front of pack.
