Ingredients
Dough (53%): wheat flour type "00", water, lard, iodized sea salt (sea salt, potassium iodate 0.0050%), leavening powder (cornstarch, leavening agents: sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate). Filling (47%): 19% chard, 19% spinach, 6% Edamer cheese (milk, salt, lactic ferments, microbial rennet), 4% mozzarella (milk, salt, lactic ferments, microbial rennet), extra virgin olive oil, pepper, garlic.
How to use
Cook the cascione for two minutes on each side on a hot non-stick pan or baking tray, or in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 2–3 minutes. Consume only after cooking.
How to store
Keep refrigerated at +4°C to +8°C. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours. Best before: see date on front of pack.
